What Do Genes Code For?
What is science trying to tell us? Science is observation and experience. What are observation and experience trying to tell us?
Let’s start this adventure by asking, “What do the genes code for?” A lot can be learned by asking and answering this simple question, especially when we apply knowledge from computer science to gene expression. Let’s look at the science.
Genes code for proteins. Genes contain the coded formula needed by the cell to produce proteins. Proteins are the most common of the complex molecules. Proteins and genes are molecules.
Gene expression is protein synthesis – the production of proteins from genes.
Research in the 1970s showed that numerous non-coding sequences — introns — are also found within genes, interrupting the protein-coding regions, or exons. It is estimated that only about five percent of human DNA encodes protein.
The genome of an organism is inscribed in DNA, or in some viruses within RNA. The portion of the genome that codes for a protein or an RNA is referred to as a gene. Those genes that code for proteins are composed of tri-nucleotide units called codons, each coding for a single amino acid.
In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the genetic code, which allows DNA and RNA sequences to be “decoded” into the amino acids of a protein.
There are an estimated 19,000-20,000 human protein-coding genes. The estimate of the number of human genes has been repeatedly revised down from initial predictions of 100,000 or more as genome sequence quality and gene finding methods have improved and could continue to drop further.
The 2.9 billion base pairs of the haploid human genome correspond to a maximum of about 725 megabytes of data since every base pair can be coded by 2 bits.
The haploid human genome (23 chromosomes) is estimated to be about 3.2 billion bases long and to contain 20,000–25,000 distinct protein-coding genes. That means there is roughly 800 megabytes of data storage capacity within the human genome.
Transcription of messenger RNA and translation of messenger RNA into proteins both occur on the time scale of 1 minute for a protein of typical length. However, longer transcripts and bigger proteins take proportionally longer to make. The largest protein in the human body is titin. It would take approximately an hour to translate its ~30,000 amino acids.
Transfer RNA activation refers to the attachment of an amino acid to its Transfer RNA codon.
In the genetic code, codons made of three bases specify an amino acid. With three bases, there are 64 possible permutations. With three codons corresponding to STOP codons, this leaves 61 combinations that can code for an amino acid.
In a mammalian cell, there can be as many as 10 million ribosomes.
There are 37.2 trillion cells in your body.
In summary, for a typical human of 70 kg, there are almost 7*1027 atoms (that’s a 7 followed by 27 zeros!) Another way of saying this is “seven billion billion billion.” Of this, almost 2/3 is hydrogen, 1/4 is oxygen, and about 1/10 is carbon. These three atoms add up to 99% of the total!

1 Yottabyte = 10008 bytes = 1024 bytes = 1000000000000000000000000 bytes = 1000 zettabytes = 1 trillion terabytes.
A yottabyte is one septillion bytes. To save all those bytes you need a data center as big as the states of Delaware and Rhode Island combined. It doesn’t seem like much, until they tell you the price tag: $100 trillion.
It would take thousands of yottabytes of usable information storage to handle the command and control for all the different atoms in your physical body, telling them where to go and what to do when they get there.

For command and control and the transfer of usable information, we require Bytes at a minimum because a Bit doesn’t mean anything except ON or OFF. That’s why information storage estimates are done in bytes and not bits. A byte is where physical information storage and program codes begin to be useful.
I have been a computer scientist all of my adult life for decades of my life; and, memory storage capacity has been of supreme concern for me in my work throughout the years. I understand how physical information storage works. Data storage at the physical level is highly inefficient because it is based upon atoms; and, atoms take up a lot of physical space. There’s an infinitely better and more efficient way to store data and information – at the quantum level or the psyche level.
Scientific Observations: Any type of programming code requires a Programmer to code it or make it. Any type of hardware requires an Engineer to design it and make it.
Scientific Observations: Genes and a genome are obviously programming code. Genes code for proteins; and, a genome is both software and hardware. A genome is hardware made from DNA molecules.
Scientific Conclusion: Our genes and genomes obviously have a Programmer who programmed them; and, our genes and genomes obviously have an Engineer who made them.
Look at the numbers above from Uncle Google. What are they trying to tell us?
In order to control all of the atoms within a physical body individually at the physical level would require at least thousands of yottabytes of physical data storage and some way to transmit that information between the atoms and molecules. Such a thing is physically impossible. It can’t be done, which means that it isn’t being done – not at the physical level.
However, the psyche or intelligence who is controlling the atoms within your physical body is indeed controlling, and transmitting, and storing yottabytes of information. How’s that being done? Where is that information being stored? How is this information being organized, stored, accessed, and transmitted? Who is doing all of this information storage and organization? Who knows what it all means, or who understands it all? Who knows how to access it all and use it all? It can’t be our genes, because there are NO genes within our atoms!
The Materialists, Naturalists, Darwinists, Nihilists, Behaviorists, Determinists, Physical Reductionists, Evolutionists, Classical Physicists, and Atheists assure us that it’s all being handled by our genes at the physical level.
Are they right, or is there something important that they are missing?
Scientific Observation: Anything that was obviously made obviously had a Maker who made it.
Scientific Observation: Proteins and their matching genes were obviously made. A genome was obviously made.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, it is logical and rational to conclude that proteins, their matching genes, and the genomes had a Maker who made them.
Who coded the genomes?
I’m a computer programmer and computer scientist; and, I know for a fact that elegant programming code doesn’t write itself. This reality and truth has been experienced and observed.
Scientific Observation: Programming code obviously requires an Intelligent Programmer to write it, program it, and make it.
Scientific Observation: A genome is the ultimate software or programming code that has ever been made or written. In fact, a genome is both hardware and software simultaneously.
Scientific Conclusion: A genome obviously has an Intelligent Programmer who wrote it, programmed it, and made it.
Now, with this information securely in place, let’s study protein synthesis or gene expression. We are particularly interested in trying to figure out how all of that information and data being used in protein synthesis is being transmitted and received by the individual atoms, molecules, enzymes, and proteins within your physical cells. The atoms and molecules are communicating with each other wirelessly. How do they do that? Well, they aren’t doing it at the physical level because action at a distance is physically impossible.

How do our genes get translated into proteins?
It’s a complex process that’s been called Gene Expression or Protein Synthesis.
Transcription enzymes are molecules.
Transcription factors or transcription enzymes read genes and produce messenger RNA molecules from those genes. How do the transcription enzymes know that the cell needs a new protein? How do the transcription enzymes know which type of protein is needed and where it is needed? How is that information transmitted and understood? How do the transcription enzymes know which one of the 20,000 genes needs to be read in order to produce that newly requisitioned protein, and where that specific gene is located within the genome? How do the transcription enzymes go directly to the specific gene that needs to be read? Where does that wireless command-and-control information come from? How did the transcription enzymes learn how to read, translate, and transcribe the DNA and the genes? What makes the transcription enzymes move? Targeting and docking require some kind of command and control, do they not? What are the transcription molecules using to see, read, and perceive the genome and their environment? They go to the specific gene that they need to read, know where it is, know how to get there, and recognize it when they see it. How are these transcription molecules doing that? It’s as if they have eyes and a brain; yet, they are only molecules. These individual molecules are smarter and more intelligent than we are. How’s that possible?
If I told you to make a specific protein, how long would it take for you to find the correct gene and then transcribe that gene into an mRNA molecule? The mapping of our human genome took decades. The transcription enzymes typically do transcription in a matter of minutes. They KNOW precisely which protein has been requisitioned by the cell, and they KNOW precisely where its associated gene is located within the genome. How do they KNOW? These are molecules. How would you transmit information and knowledge to atoms and molecules? It’s NOT going to be done at the physical level. It’s not going to be done by our genes! It has to be done at the quantum level or the psyche level. When it comes to Science, this is where the tires really hit the pavement. It does indeed generate a lot of friction among the science community at-large. The Materialists and Naturalists assure us that the quantum level or the psyche level does not exist; therefore, these people have no idea how all this information is being transmitted between atoms and molecules, or by whom.
Why are the introns there? Who knows what they mean and how to use them? Do they serve any purpose? God knows! I don’t. Random chance or entropy clearly couldn’t have designed and produced a genome, so who did? It couldn’t be evolution because evolution is entropy or death. There’s no intelligence or life in the various different types of evolution.
The introns are skipped during the encoding or transcription of messenger RNA, which is used by ribosomes to produce proteins. How does this invisible psyche or force know the difference between the introns and the exons? Who or what is telling the transcription enzymes to skip the introns? How does each transcription enzyme KNOW which gene to read and where that gene is located in the genome? It goes straight to what it needs and reads only what it needs. How does it do that? How does it know to skip the introns and only read the exons? How is that information being transmitted, received and understood? Who is handling the logistics for all of this within a living cell?
How is all this 3D addressing for all the different genes being stored? It’s not being stored within the genes – not at the physical level at least. By definition, in principle, the genes cannot communicate with each other and other molecules at the physical level. This communication has to be taking place at the quantum level or the psyche level because it isn’t taking place at the physical level. There are NO wires in our brains! There are NO wires connecting the individual atoms together into a communication network. There’s NO WiFi for genes and molecules and atoms at the physical level because action at a distance is physically impossible according to classical physics; therefore, if wireless communication between atoms exists, it exists at the quantum level or the sub-atomic level.
Telepathy is WiFi at the quantum level or the psyche level. Thoughts and memories are quantum waves – they survive the death of our physical brain.
How does a cell decide that it needs a new protein? Who issues that instruction or command to produce a new protein? How is that information or command set transmitted from molecule to molecule? How do the transcription factors or transcription enzymes know in advance, at a distance, telepathically which gene to read and where that gene is located in the genome? How does Command and Control KNOW where each gene is located and what each gene does? How would you send messages and commands to atoms and molecules knowing that you can’t do so at the physical level because it’s physically impossible at the physical level?
How do these molecules communicate with each other and coordinate with each other? How do the transcription enzymes do targeting and docking and manipulation? From whom are these molecules getting their instructions and location addressing? The transcription enzymes KNOW precisely what part of the chromosome to unzip. How do they know? How did they get this information? How is that information transmitted to the chromosome making it unzip? Where is all this information being stored, since our 750-megabyte genome clearly doesn’t have enough memory storage capacity to store and transmit petabytes of data and information?
The Materialists, Naturalists, and Darwinists assure us that it’s all being controlled by our genes; but, command and control can’t be taking place within our genes because there are no genes within atoms! How are genes able to control atoms at a distance at the physical level? They can’t! It’s physically impossible! There’s NO physical mechanism for doing so!
In a eukaryotic cell, messenger RNA is transcribed in the nucleus; and then, it is transported or moved through the nuclear membrane to the cytoplasm and then moved to a specific ribosome where it is translated into a protein. Who tells the mRNA molecule how to get out of the nucleus and into the cytoplasm where the ribosomes reside? Who is telling each mRNA molecule which one of the 10 million ribosomes to move towards? What is making the mRNA molecule move? Most of the ribosomes are conveniently located near where the constructed protein is needed and will be used. How is all of this invisible non-physical information being transmitted and received by the different atoms and molecules?
Furthermore, someone psyche or someone intelligent has to requisition and make the necessary amino acids and the tRNA codons BEFORE they can be combined or activated and turned into transfer RNA. The transfer RNA is made in the nucleus of the cell from DNA. The protein itself is constructed from dozens to thousands of tRNA molecules outside of the nucleus at some distant ribosome. How do the activation enzymes KNOW in advance which amino acid and codon combination will be needed in the future at some distant ribosome? Who tells the activation enzymes which type of tRNA molecule to make? There’s theoretically 64 different types of tRNA molecules that can be made. Who tells the newly made tRNA molecules where to go? Each one has to go to a specific ribosome outside the nucleus in the cytoplasm. There are over 10 million different ribosomes in the cell. How are the tRNA molecules told which ribosome to move towards? How is this information transmitted to the tRNA molecule? Who or what makes the tRNA molecules move? Who is handling the logistics or the Command and Control for the activation and transportation of tRNA molecules?
The transfer RNA and messenger RNA are made within the nucleus; and, the ribosomes reside outside the nucleus. Who is doing all of this telepathic communication and action at a distance making sure that the tRNA molecules, mRNA molecules, and ribosomes coordinate with each other and work together like a finely tuned machine? How do each of the manufactured transfer RNA molecules KNOW in advance which ribosome to move towards? A tRNA molecule moves towards ONE of 10 million different ribosomes. How does it know which ribosome to move towards? Who is telling each tRNA molecule where to go after it is made? Who or what makes them move?
In eukaryotic cells, tRNAs are transcribed by RNA polymerase III as pre-tRNAs in the nucleus. The ribosomes reside outside of the nucleus. Who is handling the logistics for all of this? It can’t be entropy or random chance! By definition, in principle, entropy or random chance can’t do logistics or Command and Control. It can’t be our genes because the genes have NO physical means for commanding and controlling tRNA and mRNA molecules – not at the physical level at least. This information exchange has to be taking place wirelessly or telepathically at the quantum level or the psyche level because it is physically impossible at the physical level.
Who is requisitioning each and every one of the billions of different tRNA molecules that are being made within a cell in real time as they are needed? Who is getting the correct amino acids there on time for the activation process? Transfer RNA is made in the nucleus of a cell and has to make its way outside the nucleus to ONE of 10 million different ribosomes for protein synthesis. Who is handling the logistics for all of this and getting each tRNA molecule to the correct place at the correct time? Who is requisitioning each tRNA molecule and amino acid in the first place and getting all the atoms and amino acids and codons into place for that physical tRNA activation process? Who designed and created this whole process? There’s NO such thing as spontaneous generation or creation ex nihilo.
Remember, each transfer RNA molecule that is made is sent to only ONE of the 10 million different ribosomes within the cell. Who chooses its destination? Who tells each tRNA molecule where its target ribosome is located? How does a tRNA molecule do this targeting and docking procedure? How does the tRNA know how to do so? Who or what makes the messenger molecules move? Just like in this essay, this protein synthesis and tRNA manufacturing process is done over and over and over again trillions of times within each living cell every day of your life.
The tRNA and mRNA molecules are manufactured within the nucleus of the cell. They can literally go anywhere within the cell after they are manufactured and released from the nucleus; so, why do they pick that one specific ribosome to migrate towards after they have been manufactured or made? Who or what makes these tRNA and mRNA molecules move? How do they know where to go? Someone intelligent or someone psyche has to be coordinating the long-distance interaction between the mRNA molecule, the ribosome, and all the dozens or hundreds of tRNA molecules that are incoming towards the same ribosome. Someone has to handle the logistics and keep all of this straight! How are all of these molecules and ribosomes communicating with each other and coordinating with each other at a distance? Action at a distance and telepathy are quantum mechanical processes, NOT physical processes.
Scientific Observation: Anything that was obviously made obviously had a Maker or Someone Intelligent who made it. This scientific truth is obviously true because it has been experienced and observed trillions of different times by billions of different people. You could say that this particular premise is axiomatic or LAW.
Scientific Observation: Genes, proteins, transcription enzymes, activation enzymes, transfer RNA, messenger RNA, and ribosomes were obviously made. They didn’t just spontaneously generate out of thin air ex nihilo. Spontaneous generation or creation ex nihilo is physically impossible. Spontaneous generation, abiogenesis, chemical evolution, or macro-evolution is prevented from happening by entropy or the second law of thermodynamics. This is what has been experienced and observed. Entropy or death cannot design and create.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, it is logical and rational to conclude that genes, proteins, transcription enzymes, activation enzymes, transfer RNA, messenger RNA, and ribosomes have Someone Intelligent or Someone Psyche who made them in the first place. Anything that was obviously made obviously had a Maker who made it. This is Observational Science 101.
Who is storing the 3D addressing information for each of the 10 million different ribosomes within a cell? Who is making these assignments or handling the logistics for all of this? Who is making sure that each of the trillions of different tRNA molecules are making it to the correct ribosome on time? The tRNA molecules and mRNA molecules could go anywhere after leaving the nucleus of the cell; so, why do they go to that one specific ribosome? What’s making these messenger molecules move? They are “transporting”. They are moving. Why? How? Molecules normally just sit there and vibrate under the effects of Brownian motion; so, what’s making the atoms and molecules within a living cell move towards a specific targeted destination? It’s as if these things are alive while they are within a living cell. How’s that possible? It’s not possible according to the Materialists and Naturalists! It’s definitely NOT possible at the physical level!
How is all that information being transmitted in advance from the mRNA molecule to the individual tRNA molecules that will be docking with the different ribosomes in the future? How is this communication at a distance between atoms and molecules taking place? The tRNA molecules are being told where to go. How do they receive, translate, and understand this information? Who taught them this language? The activation enzymes are also being told in advance which amino acid to bind with which codon during the production of transfer RNA molecules. The amino acids and codons are being told where to go too. Who is coordinating all of this so that it works flawlessly rather than gumming up and screeching to a halt? Who enlivens and activates these formerly inert and inactive atoms and molecules once they are drawn into a living cell?
Where did the first ribosomes come from? Who tells the different proteins to self-assemble into ribosomes? Ribosomes are made from proteins; and, proteins are made by ribosomes? So, where did the ribosomes come from in the first place? Who made the proteins that were used to construct the first ribosomes? Who made the first ribosomes? Who taught the ribosomes how to manufacture proteins from mRNA molecules and tRNA molecules? Who taught the mRNA and tRNA to go to the ribosomes rather than someplace else? Who designed and produced this gene expression or protein synthesis process in the first place? Or did it all just spontaneously generate out of thin air as the Materialists and Naturalists claim?
Who is making all of these assignments and timing all of these appointments? Who is overseeing all of this? Remember, this is atoms and molecules that we are talking about here, NOT genes! There aren’t any genes within an atom! Who is doing all of this communication between atoms and molecules? How is this information transmitted? How do the atoms and molecules translate and understand this information? How do the atoms and molecules know where to go? They can go anywhere; yet within a living cell, they go precisely where they are told to go! How is all this Command and Control being done? Who is doing it?
Command and Control obviously needs a Commander of some sort; or, nothing would happen!
Amino acids and codons are made from atoms. Who or what is telling each atom that it has an appointment at a specific location at a specific time for amino acid synthesis and tRNA codon synthesis? Who designed and made all of this fine tuning? Atoms can be assembled into anything, theoretically; so, who or what is assembling these particular atoms into amino acids and codons; and, how does it know how to do so? Outside of a living cell, atoms NEVER self-assemble into functional proteins and their matching genes. They can’t because it’s physically impossible. That’s why the protein synthesis process was designed and created in the first place.
Fine-tuning requires a Fine Tuner; or, there would be NO fine-tuning! Random chance can’t do fine-tuning. Random chance produces disorder, entropy, chaos, and death. Fine-tuning is Syntropy.
Design and Creation require a Designer and a Creator. The protein synthesis process was obviously designed and created. Therefore, it is obvious that the whole gene expression process has a Designer and Creator who made it.
How do the activation enzymes KNOW in advance at a distance which amino acid to combine with which codon during the activation process and the production of transfer RNA? How are those activation enzymes reading that future mRNA molecule from a distance so that they KNOW in advance which type of transfer RNA molecule to make? Who or what is doing all of the Command and Control for the production of transfer RNA; and, how are all of these petabytes of information being transmitted to the different individual atoms? Who is keeping track of it all? How are the atoms able to communicate with each other and coordinate with each other? What makes these atoms and molecules move towards each other and bind with each other? In a beaker, the atoms and molecules do nothing but Brownian motion; but, within a living cell the very same atoms and molecules literally come alive with purpose and activity! They combine together on command.
How? Why?
Who is transmitting all of these different commands and instructions to the individual atoms and molecules? Who is keeping it straight and making it work? Why do the atoms and molecules choose to obey while they are within a living cell, while the very same atoms don’t do anything but Brownian motion and random diffusion while they are outside a living cell? How do the atoms and molecules KNOW that they are within a living cell? How are the atoms able to understand these instructions and how do the atoms see and know where to go? Where is all of this information being stored in the first place? There aren’t any genes within an atom!
The Materialists, Naturalists, Darwinists, and Atheists assure us that only physical matter or physical atoms exist; but, clearly this is NOT the case. Clearly these people are wrong! Materialism, Naturalism, and their derivatives are based exclusively on entropy. Entropy is death. Entropy or death cannot design and create.
How would you communicate between atoms and make atoms do things and construct things if given the assignment to do so?
How do the activation enzymes know at a distance in advance which amino to combine with which codon so that the transfer RNA molecules arrive in the correct order and the correct number at each ribosome for RNA translation or protein synthesis? Protein synthesis happens rapidly, which means that the transfer RNA molecules arrive pre-sorted in the correct sequence BEFORE they get to the ribosome for RNA translation into a functional protein. There’s NO hunting and pecking and randomness going on throughout protein synthesis – there’s ONLY purposeful activity. How’s that possible? It’s NOT possible at the physical level.
How is this information transmitted from molecule to molecule and by whom? Who or what makes these individual molecules move or swim through the cytoplasm to the specific ribosome where they are needed in a nice and orderly manner? How does each tRNA molecule know which of the 10 million ribosomes it is supposed to move towards? Who is storing and organizing all of this information? Who set up this information network and logistics highway in the first place? Who is controlling all of this, and how is all of this information being transmitted to the molecules and being received and understood by the molecules? Who taught the atoms and the molecules how to communicate with each other?
Who is handling all of the telepathic communication and coordination taking place between the targeted ribosome, the incoming mRNA molecule, and the hundreds of different incoming tRNA molecules? The Materialists and Naturalists and Darwinists will tell you that it is evolution and/or the genes who are handling all of this. Are they right? Do they know what they are talking about? Or are they making things up out of thin air?
Some people have read the first couple of pages of some of my books and then asked, “Where’s the Science?” Do you see any science in any of this? The Materialists and Naturalists will tell you that none of what I have written here is real science. These people will tell you that I don’t understand science. They have told me that I don’t understand the power and the beauty and the ability of evolution to be able to design and create. These people have told me that what I have written here is NOT science. Instead, they will assure you that Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, and Atheism ARE science. Are they right, or are they employing circular reasoning in order to make their case? Circular reasoning or begging the question is a logic fallacy the last time I checked.
Entropy is death. Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Nihilism, Atheism, Classical Physics, and the Theory of Evolution are based exclusively on entropy. These people teach that ONLY physical matter and entropy exist. Evolution is entropy. Evolution is death. The theory of evolution is Creation by Entropy or Creation by Death. These people will assure you that evolution, entropy, or death can design and create anything it wants to at will. These people are wrong! Entropy or death cannot design and create. It’s physically impossible. Furthermore, entropy or death cannot do protein synthesis or gene expression. Design and creation requires some type of Intelligence, Psyche, or Syntropy, and so does protein synthesis.
Could You Do the Logistics for Protein Synthesis?
You are intelligent. Could you handle and do the logistics for protein synthesis within a single living cell in your body?
If I were to give you the assignment to handle the logistics for 10 million ribosomes, millions of messenger RNA molecules, billions of transfer RNA molecules, billions of amino acids and codons, and trillions of atoms within a single living cell, would you be able to handle the logistics for all of that and keep all of it straight in your head? Would the individual atoms and molecules and proteins make it to their assignments on time and arrive at the correct location in time?
Of course not!
A single physical brain doesn’t have anywhere near enough memory storage capacity and processing power for such a task; yet, someone psyche or someone intelligent is doing all of this with ease at the quantum level or the psyche level for the trillions of different cells within your physical body; otherwise, a cell would be nothing but entropy, disorder, and random chaos. A cell would be dead or entropic without all of this Psychic Command and Control. Whoever is handling the logistics for all of this is infinitely more intelligent and infinitely more powerful than we are. Yet, the Materialists, Naturalists, Darwinists, and Atheists want you to believe that all of this happens by random chance! Do you believe them? I don’t. Not anymore. I used to be a Materialist, Naturalist, Nihilist, and Atheist until I actually started looking at the science and the evidence.
It’s physically impossible for a single human being to handle all of the logistics for even one single living cell; yet, these little critters (the atoms and molecules) know precisely where they are supposed to go and show up on time like clockwork as if they are infinitely more intelligent and skillful than our smartest human being or most powerful computer. Outside of a living cell, the atoms and molecules are dumb as rocks; but, inside a living cell, these very same atoms and molecules are infinitely more intelligent and competent than even our best and brightest human beings. How do the atoms and molecules get so smart once they find themselves within a living cell? What’s going on here?
The Materialists, Naturalists, Darwinists, and Atheists assure us that the genes are handling all of this. Are they right? Or, are they trying to trick you and deceive you?
Who is handling the timing and the logistics for protein synthesis or gene expression and keeping it purring like a finely tuned machine?
Remember, anything that is obviously fine-tuned obviously had a Fine Tuner who fine-tuned it! The logistics for protein synthesis has obviously been fine-tuned. Therefore, protein synthesis or gene expression obviously has a Fine Tuner.
Remember, any type of Command and Control obviously needs a Commander. The logistics for protein synthesis is obviously being commanded and controlled, or nothing would happen in the first place except Brownian motion and random diffusion. The logistics for protein synthesis obviously has a Commander or a Psyche who is in control of it all.
The Materialists, Naturalists, Darwinists, Nihilists, Behaviorists, Determinists, Physical Reductionists, Evolutionists, Classical Physicists, and Atheists assure us that protein synthesis is happening by random chance and was produced by random chance. Are they right? Or did they get their science wrong?
According to these people, only physical matter and entropy exist. Entropy is death. Materialism, Naturalism, and the Theory of Evolution are Creation by Entropy or Creation by Death. According to these people, entropy or death can design and create at will. Are they right? Or did they get their science wrong?
Do you see any signs of intelligence or psyche behind any of this, or do you still believe that it all happens by random chance? Entropy is death. Do you really believe that entropy or death can do protein synthesis? Do you really believe that entropy or death is running the show? The Theory of Evolution is Creation by Entropy or Creation by Death. The Physicalists, Darwinists, and Naturalists assure us that only physical atoms and entropy exist. Their science is based exclusively on entropy or death. The Materialists and Naturalists tell us that there is no such thing as Psyche or Syntropy. Do you think they are right? Do you really think that Creation by Death or the Theory of Evolution works as advertised? Or do you think that someone intelligent is running the show?
It’s as if there is some type of Overlord Psyche or Command and Control Psyche; and, there also seems to be some type of intelligence or psyche within each and every atom too! Someone intelligent or someone psyche is overseeing all of this and controlling all of this or it would be nothing but Brownian motion, random diffusion, entropy, chaos, and death. Death can’t design and create. These very same atoms and molecules in a beaker don’t do anything but Brownian motion and random diffusion; but, within a living cell they literally come alive with purpose and activity. How’s that possible? The answer isn’t found within our genes. The atoms don’t have genes – at least not at the physical level! Who knows what the atoms have at the quantum level or the psyche level, though? God knows! I certainly don’t! For all we know, there is a quantum computer within each and every physical atom handling all of the data processing and memory storage at the quantum level which isn’t possible at the physical level.
When the Human Psyche and the Human Spirit leave the physical body, then all of these different physical processes shut down and stop working; and, entropy, random diffusion, chaos, and death take over instead. Entropy is death. Syntropy is the opposite of entropy. Syntropy is life. Syntropy is eternal life. Psyche is Syntropy – Psyche is eternal and everlasting, without a beginning of days or an end of years. It requires some type of Syntropy in order to produce life. Some type of Syntropy MUST exist, or all of that subsequent entropy and life wouldn’t have been possible in the first place. While doing science, that is what I have experienced and observed.
Syntropy really is the answer to life, the universe, and everything – but only if you choose to believe that it is real and true. You can also go with Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Nihilism, and Atheism; and remain in ignorance if that’s what you want to do. The choice is yours to make. Nobody else can do that for you. Science is choice. Science is observation and experience.
Do you believe the science – the observations and the experiences; or, do you believe the philosophical speculation and wishful thinking of the Materialists, Naturalists, Darwinists, Nihilists, and Atheists? Beliefs are chosen into existence by the Human Psyche. Your beliefs and actions are chosen into existence by your Psyche.
Choice is purely a function of Psyche or Intelligence. The rocks and entropy haven’t been caught in the act of doing science and choice. Raw physical matter has no choice. According to the Materialists, Naturalists, and Behaviorists, the rocks and entropy cannot do choice. They are right. There is no choice at the physical level. Physical matter simply does what it is told to do. Told by whom? It is physically impossible for the rocks and entropy to do science and make choices. This is what has been experienced and observed. Science IS observation and experience. It requires some type of Syntropy or Psyche in order to be able to do science and make choices. It takes some type of Syntropy, or Psyche, or Intelligence in order to make life.
Materialism and Naturalism cannot explain how protein synthesis is made to work within a living cell; but, Quantum Mechanics, Syntropy, and Psyche certainly can.
Remember, gene expression and protein synthesis NEVER happen outside of a living cell. They can’t. It’s physically impossible. Outside of a living cell, protein synthesis is prevented from happening by random diffusion, entropy, or the second-law of thermodynamics. That is what has been experienced and observed.
Protein synthesis requires some kind of Intelligent, Purposeful, and Syntropic Command and Control at the quantum level in order to work right at the physical level; otherwise, it would be nothing but random chaos, random diffusion, and Brownian motion within a cell; and, nothing would ever get done.
